We are hiring a Head of Delivery & Operations — a senior leadership role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
What you will build:
→ A scalable operating model with clear decision rights and delegation
→ Documented workflows, SOPs, and an integrated delivery tech stack
→ World-class delivery operations from sales hand-off to project close
→ Project economics and margin discipline across all service lines
→ Cross-functional resource allocation and capacity planning
→ Operational risk, QA/QC standards, and client SLA governance
→ The Pathways management operating system — OKRs, dashboards, cadence
Who we are looking for:
→ 8+ years experience, including 3–5 years in delivery, operations or PMO leadership
→ Technology, software, data/AI, consulting or professional services background
→ Proven track record building and scaling delivery systems — not just operating inside them
→ Strong project economics acumen — margins, utilization, milestone billing, rate cards
→ Experience with donor or DFI-funded programmes is a strong advantage
→ Fluent in English and Kiswahili | Bachelor’s degree required
