Pathways Technologies Limited is hiring a Head of Finance — a senior leadership role for someone who will construct the financial backbone that supports Pathways’ next stage of growth across clients, funders, and markets.
What you will build:
→ Cash-flow visibility and treasury management
→ Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
→ Tax and statutory compliance — KRA, IFRS, eTIMS
→ Donor and grant financial management
→ Financial controls and systems
→ Bid and contract finance support
→ Finance foundations for growth and expansion
Who we are looking for:
→ CPA(K) or ACCA (full member), ICPAK member in good standing
→ 8+ years professional finance experience, including 3–5 years in finance management
→ Hands-on KRA compliance — VAT, PAYE, withholding tax, eTIMS
→ Donor, foundation or DFI grant financial management experience
→ Cash-flow and project finance acumen in a milestone-based business
→ Experience building or upgrading accounting systems and internal controls
