NTSA Data and Analytics Modernization
- Scope. Centralized data platform, safety and compliance analytics, role-based dashboards for operational and policy decisions.
- Pathways role. Technical lead for data engineering, analytics, and enablement, integrating heterogeneous data sources into a governed warehouse and standardized KPI suite.
- Outputs. Data lakehouse and semantic layer, automated pipelines, executive and operational dashboards, training for NTSA staff, and governance artifacts.
- Early results. Faster reporting cycles and improved data reliability for decision-making across departments.
National Capacity Building for the Future Workforce
- Scope. In collaboration with the Government of Kenya, the Jitume Program was designed to provide digital skills training and work-readiness for youth across the country.
- Pathways Deliverables. delivered scalable training in data, cybersecurity, and cloud computing with hands-on TVET labs and transparent monitoring tools.
- Goal. Over 10,000 learners equipped with job-relevant digital skills in the first deployment phase, with thousands more in the national pipeline.
- Impact. The program reached over sixty thousand participants and directly supported Kenya’s ambitions to build a competitive, inclusive, and future-ready AI ecosystem.
